Your best sales tool is on Google. Why isn't it on your website?

Many contractors have dozens of five-star reviews on Google and not one on their website, which is the first place a serious customer goes to check them out.

What customers do before they call

They find you on Google, read a few reviews, then click through to your website to see if you're the real thing. If the site is generic, with stock photos and no proof, the trust you built on Google drains away.

Reviews say what your homepage won't

Read your reviews and you'll see the same words come up: on time, clean, honest pricing, communicated the whole way. That's your sales pitch, written by your customers. Most contractor homepages say "quality work at fair prices" instead.

How to put them to work

One caution

Never edit a review's meaning or invent one. Use them as written.
